I graduated in 2000 and specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2005 with full marks with honors. I am a Medical Director at the University Hospital of Siena, a contract professor at the University of Siena and a teacher at the Master in Physiotherapy applied to Sport. In 2020 I obtained the National Scientific Qualification as a Level II Professor.
I have performed over 3000 operations of traumatology, sports medicine and prosthetics.
I have participated as a speaker in numerous courses and conferences, in the sports medicine and orthopedic fields.
I treat both acute traumas, such as muscle tears, sprains, fractures, tendon or ligament injuries, even the most modern regenerative medicine techniques with stem cells, as well as chronic traumas such as tendon pathologies, stress fractures. I pay particular attention to personalized programming to ensure a rapid recovery of sports activity, both competitive and amateur.
